Dr. Cao holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior. He previously served as a Senior Manager at Henkel Chemical Group in Germany and as a Senior Consultant at a renowned international strategic consulting firm.
