The KMG consulting team assisted AVIC International in formulating the group's brand strategy and international market brand shaping plan, which received high recognition from AVIC International's management. KMG has been a strategic consulting partner of AVIC International and has collaborated on multiple occasions since 2007.

 

During the period of 2011-2012, KMG helped AVIC International Holdings Corporation formulate the group's brand strategy and the implementation plan for international brand shaping. AVIC International is affiliated with Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), responsible for civil and international business. It oversees seven major business segments, including eight listed companies and over 100 various companies, with an annual sales turnover of 110 billion. The brand project redefined and interpreted the business concept, business model, value creation, stakeholders, and corporate culture of "AVIC International," accurately proposing the brand positioning, brand value, brand architecture, brand management system, and international market value proposition. AVIC International became the first Chinese international brand enterprise based on the foundation of "transcending business" and shared value creation.
